Refund Policy

At TiviStream, we aim to provide clear and reliable service. Because our services are digital and subscription-based, this Refund Policy explains when a refund may or may not be granted.

By purchasing a subscription from TiviStream, you agree to this Refund Policy.

General Rule

Once a subscription has been activated, delivered, or used, refunds are generally not available.

This applies especially to digital access that has already been sent, configured, or made available to you.

Refunds May Be Considered In These Cases

A refund may be reviewed in the following situations:

  • duplicate payment,

  • incorrect billing amount,

  • payment completed but service was not activated due to our fault,

  • technical issue clearly caused by TiviStream and not resolved within a reasonable time,

  • other cases where a refund is required by applicable law.

Refunds Will Normally Not Be Granted In These Cases

Refunds are generally not granted if:

  • you changed your mind after activation,

  • your subscription has already been used fully or partially,

  • your device is incompatible,

  • your internet connection is unstable or too slow,

  • a third-party app or player does not work correctly,

  • you entered incorrect information during purchase,

  • the service was suspended due to a breach of our Terms,

  • you failed to contact support for troubleshooting before requesting a refund.

 

Trial or Promotional Access

Free trials, test access, discounted offers, and promotional subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • your full name,

  • your order or payment reference,

  • the email or phone number used,

  • the reason for your request,

  • any relevant screenshots or proof.

Review Process

Each refund request is reviewed individually.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. If approved, the refund will usually be made through the original payment method where possible.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment provider, bank, mobile money operator, or gateway used.
