You are responsible for:

all activity under your account.
You must not share, resell, transfer, or misuse your account.
Subscriptions
TiviStream may offer different subscription plans with different durations, prices, device limits, or features.
When you purchase a subscription, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for private and non-commercial use during the active subscription period.
Payments
All payments must be made using an accepted payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as:
failed payment,
suspected fraud,
pricing error,
incomplete information,
technical or service availability issues.
Prices may change at any time before a new order is confirmed.
Renewals
Some subscriptions may renew automatically if that option is offered during checkout. If auto-renewal applies, you can cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid the next charge.
If your subscription is not recurring, it will end automatically when the paid period expires.
Refunds
Because TiviStream provides digital services, refunds are generally not available once a subscription has been activated or used.
A refund may be considered only in limited cases, such as:
duplicate payment,
proven billing error,
service not activated due to our fault.

Device and Internet Requirements
You are responsible for having:
a compatible device,
a stable internet connection,
any required third-party app or player.
Streaming quality depends on your device, app, internet speed, network conditions, and other external factors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or constant HD, FHD, or 4K quality.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use TiviStream only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
You must not:
resell or redistribute the service,
share access beyond your subscription limits,
copy, rebroadcast, or exploit the service commercially,
attempt to bypass technical restrictions,
interfere with the website, servers, or systems,
use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Content and Availability
Channels, categories, features, and content availability may change at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee that all channels or content will always remain available.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
you violate these Terms,
payment is reversed or disputed,
your account is used fraudulently or abusively,
we are required to do so for legal, technical, or security reasons.
Intellectual Property
All branding, website content, design elements, text, logos, and original materials on TiviStream are owned by or licensed to TiviStream.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use them without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
TiviStream is provided on an “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, service interruptions, third-party app failures, internet issues, device incompatibility, or temporary unavailability of content.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Cameroon, unless mandatory laws in your country require otherwise.
